The dani people  also spelled Ndani,are a people from wamena the Indonesia province people.The dani ethnic still uses koteka.This ethnic can fight because of pigs, feelds,and women.There are many kind of weapen they have such as spear,arroe,and axe.The unique side of this ethnic is the tradition amputate a finger.When they lose their relatives, the women in the family will cut of their own finger with an ax.Some of them even bite their finger because its important to show their condolence.If all of their finger have been cut off their will cat of the ear.Its called IKAPALEK.So its normal when you find women lose their fingers ,its mean many of their family have been passed away.Although they already lose their fingers and ears they will still their live normally.Another uniqueness of the dani ethnic is burial procession that is by fumigation to preserve the bodies of their ancestors into a mummy form.Though this method of fumigation it creates a mummy shape that is similar to the shape of their ancestors.This is intended as the highest honor form of their ancestors.The next uniqueness is the honai.Honai is a traditional home of the dani ethnic.The house resembles mushrooms.The dani ethnich  held a stone burning party in welcoming the wedding,birth,celebrate the victory of war.Their cook pigs and tubers for the food.The ingredients into a hole already marked with stones and leaves,to burn a stones of dani ethnic do not use matches or other fuels.The only rub the stones to cause heat and then used to cook.Thats all the unique side of dani ethnic.
